I'm trying to find an application for Mac that is almost identical to MS Paint, which shouldn't be to hard to find, or so I thought. Program Like Paint For Macĭoes anyone know of the 'mspaint' for Mac? Well yeah.title says it all. I know Graphic Converter, but I don't really like how it works. It's a great app to make a real quick diagram or freehand of something. It's a great app to take a screen shot, circle something, save and send to somone. Yes, I have photoshop, and I really like it, however I use Paint all the time on Windows XP. Guess I was wrong, I've been searching for hours. And since there is no working malware for Macs, and hasn't been since OS X's release in 2001, it's a given that any Mac app you download is free of viruses. Best Answer: I've linked below to an application that's very similar to Paint, and a website that I find is great for discovering new apps you never knew existed. With support for layers and other powerful features as well as a more refined UI than GIMP at least, Paint.NET is definitely worth looking at for something as simple as cropping or as involved as logo creation. Paint.NET is an incredibly powerful and free image editor that has been compared to the two mentioned above.
